Return and Refund Policy
If returns are necessary, the customer must pay return shipping costs. To ensure your protection, we strongly recommend that you check your package for damage that may have occurred in transit before you sign for it.
If you discover damage after signing for a package, please contact us within one week of receipt via phone or email. We will need to know the tracking number, order number, and a description or photo of the damage or other valid reason for the refund or reshipment, so that we can take the matter up with the shipper.
Please contact us by email or phone before returning any goods. Goods must be returned in an unused condition, in their original packaging, and within 30 days of delivery to you. Once we inspect the goods and confirm the damage, we will refund or re-send your order.
